Shipping & Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We are working diligently to get your order out as soon as possible. Our shipping times vary, depending upon what item(s) you order. We keep a stock of back packs, messenger bags, cross-body bags, koozies, and wallets. We occasionally have other items in stock, but typically we make them when you order them. In stock items ship within a week.  If you order an item customized/ personalized, it takes a little longer, usually about 2 to 3 weeks. Customized wallets usually take 3 to 4 weeks. If you need something for a specific date or event, please let us know by emailing us at weborders@firemelonusa.com – we will do what we can to get it to you in time. You will receive an email with tracking information the day it ships. If you didn’t get an email confirming your purchase, we probably don’t have the correct email. Please email us with your correct email, and we will send you your order confirmation and tracking information.

Our return policy is pretty standard. If you buy something and don’t like it, send it back within 30 days for a refund. If you return it after 30 days, but before 90 days, we will give you a store credit. If its after 90 days, well, we’ll address that on an individual basis. If you order a customized/ personalized item, you may return it for a partial refund or store credit. If you receive one of our items as a gift, you may return it for a store credit, or we can issue a refund the purchaser. Any refunds will be processed using the same payment-type used to purchase it.
